Your restaurant table is available from 19:00 until 22:30 when the live show ends.

Live music usually starts around an hour after doors, but this is subject to change. Please ask a member of staff for exact times once you arrive.

At The Club, we maintain a Smart Proper Casual dress code, which means avoiding blue denims or jeans (black is acceptable), trainers, sport logo type shirts, and caps. While there is no strict dress code, most of our customers opt for a smart appearance, and wearing a jacket and tie is quite common for men.

We recommend that you arrive between 7pm and 7:30pm to fully enjoy your evening dinner. The show starts at 8:30pm. The show lasts approximately 1 ½ hours.  We would like to inform our guests that the theatre hall doors close as soon as the curtain rises. Therefore, we cannot guarantee latecomers will be seated in their initially reserved area.

We do not offer a dinner and show service, but light refreshments will be available at the bar at the beginning of the show and during the interval.

You cannot film or take photos during the entire performance to avoid disturbing the performers on stage and to preserve the quality of the experience for the other spectators

Since 2006, smoking in public places is prohibited in Israel. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed.

All animals are strictly forbidden at Bellart House. Only guide dogs for our visually impaired guests are permitted in the theatre.

TABLE SEATING
Reserved for guests who have pre-booked their tables. Early pre-booked ensures the best seating.
If pre-booking is not sold out, available tables are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Enjoy our full dinner menu.

Bar/STANDING area
For ages 21 and above. Entry to the bar is restricted to those aged 21 and above. Seating in the bar area is first come, first served.

You are seated according to your chosen seating category. We remind you that your tickets are booked at a chosen table. You are free to sit in any chair or booth around your chosen table.

If you have general admission tickets and would like to upgrade to a restaurant table, please book your preferred table and email us your original order number at info@the4jazz.com.
If you need help with a booking made through a third party vendor such as SEE Tickets, Dice or Eventim, you will need to contact them directly.
Tickets are non-refundable.

Counter-Side Standing Area:
Tickets for the Counter-side standing area can be bought from 1 to 5, depending on availability. Standing tables are purchased with a non-refundable deposit of ₪100 per person, which is redeemable against your bill at the end of the show.

Restaurant Tables:
Tickets for restaurant tables can be bought in groups of 2 or 4, depending on the available table you select. Restaurant tables are purchased with a non-refundable deposit of ₪100 per person, which is redeemable against your bill at the end of the show.

If you have general admission tickets and would like to upgrade to the restaurant, please book your preferred table and contact us at info@thejazz.com with your original order number.

We do not offer this service.

You can pay by cash directly at the venue, credit card, bank transfer and Amex.

They may have slipped into your spam. Tickets can also be downloaded from the purchase page by entering your email.

Our venue is wheelchair accessible.
If you’d like to join us and need a carer to accompany you, please purchase a General Admission ticket for yourself and then email the name of your carer to info@the4jazz.com – they’ll receive a complimentary ticket to join you on the night.

For restaurant tables, please book your chosen show and let us know what table you’ve booked. We’ll deduct the cost your carer’s seat from your bill on the night.
If you have trouble standing for long periods please let a member of staff know on arrival and we will provide a chair for you. Please arrive as early as possible so that we can get a spot as close to the stage as we can.

Our cloakroom is mandatory for umbrellas, bulky items and motorbike helmets. It is highly recommended for coats.
We do not accept kick scooters. Only hand luggage is accepted.

The cloakroom is free for all members and is available for NIS 14.50 per item for our guests.

You can now easily park your vehicles just steps away from our entrance. We have convenient underground parking available right under our building open 24/7.
This convenient option not only saves you time but also ensures the safety and security of your vehicle during your visit.

We do not offer valet service.

Tables are for 2 or 4 people, depending on the table you select. If you have a spare seat and would like to add an additional guest, please write to us at info@the4jazz.com.

Everyone’s welcome at The Club, but if someone is making you uncomfortable or you feel they don’t share our values of respect, just let one of our staff know so we can resolve any problems.

The Legacy has a specific security system in place, in coordination with the public authorities.

The number of security guards has also been increased. A systematic bag check has been introduced and jackets and coats are required to be opened at the entrance.

Large bags over 16 liters in volume are no longer accepted on the premises, including in the cloakroom. Only small backpacks, handbags and computer bags are accepted.

All shows are 18+. Everyone who comes to the venue must carry a valid form of ID. We only accept passports/national I.D and driving licenses.

We cater for dietary requirements, just let your server know on the evening and they can talk you through your options

If an item is found in the venue or left in the cloakroom and not collected, we will store the item for a maximum of 30 days.

Aeration and ventilation of the Bal Blomet are provided by an ultra-powerful (6 volumes/hour) and filtering air treatment unit that operates constantly. This gives a completely renewed air every 10 minutes, comparable to that of a TGV train.
